Analogous to the film release of 'The Cold Heart', Philipp Poisel has released this 12" vinyl with two new songs.
The 12" LP features the song 'Bis ans Ende der Hölle' on side A and 'Das kalte Herz' on side B. At the request of director Johannes Naber, Philipp Poisel provided a new song for his film 'Das Kalte Herz' and was inspired by the film for another song. An unusually striking drum kit forms the basis of 'Bis ans Ende der Hölle'. The melodic strings atmospherically accompany the singing and transport the touching text directly to the listener.
The song 'The Cold Heart' was inspired by the film and uses the film's template as a direct onomatopoeic basis. The 12" LP format is the ideal medium to showcase these two special songs. It allows the listener to approach the music in a slower way and to enjoy it gently.
